Analyst, Trade and Investment
Martha Babbitt supports ITTA's clients on a wide range of issues involving US trade and investment policy. Her portfolio includes US trade agreements, investment policy and treaties, trade enforcement litigation, export control reform, and sanctions. Ms. Babbitt also reports on US economic and strategic interests in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining ITTA, Ms. Babbitt worked as a Policy Analyst at an international economic policy consulting firm in Washington, DC. She also previously worked at the US Department of State and at the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Berlin. Ms. Babbitt received her MA in International Economics and European Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). She also holds a BA in Economics and French from Vanderbilt University.
