Analyst, Trade and Investment
Noelan Arbis supports ITTA's clients on a wide range of issues involving US trade and investment policy. His portfolio includes US trade agreements, investment policy and treaties, trade enforcement litigation, export control reform, and sanctions. Mr. Arbis also reports on US economic and strategic interests in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining ITTA, Mr. Arbis interned at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia-Pacific (UNESCAP) in Bangkok and the Albright Stonebridge Group in Washington, D.C. He received his MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and his BA in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
