Analyst, Nuclear Energy and Non-Proliferation
Will Morris supports ITTA’s clients on nuclear energy issues. His portfolio ranges from developments within the nuclear power industry to policy and regulatory issues regarding nuclear waste and nonproliferation. He follows relevant developments at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration, and the US Congress. Mr. Morris’ area of expertise is at the intersection of nuclear policy and national security.
Prior to joining ITTA, Mr. Morris worked for the Senate Budget Committee, where he covered the Community and Regional Development and General Government budget functions. He also interned for the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Mr. Morris holds a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University, with a concentration in US national security policy. He also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Spanish Studies from Villanova University.
